Grilled Vegetables with Sun-Dried Tomato Aioli Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 6 cloves - garlic
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  3. 12 - sundried tomatoes drained
  4. 2 cups - cottage cheese
  5. 2/3 cups - plain yogurt
  6. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise

Directions:

Place garlic on cutting board. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Using flat side of knife, crush garlic. Add sun-dried tomatoes; mince to coarse paste. Puree cottage cheese in processor. Add yogurt and mayonnaise and blend well. Add garlic paste; process to blend. Season with salt.

Serve aioli with vegetables.
