Grilled Pork Chops with Blackberry Chutney

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - Blackberries
  2. 1/2 whole - Red onion Finely chopped
  3. 1/2 whole - Lime Juiced
  4. 2 tablespoons - Brown sugar Packed
  5. 1 pinchs - Kosher salt
  6. 4 whole - 1-inch thick Pork chops
  7. - Freshly ground pepper

Directions:

1. Combine 1 1/2 C. blackberries, 1/2 finely chopped red onion, juice of 1/2 lime, 2 T. packed brown sugar, and 1 pinch kosher salt in a saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until berries break down, about 10 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high.
4. Season four 1-inch-thick pork chops with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper; grill about 5 minutes per side.
5. Top with chutney.
