Grilled Halibut

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Fresh halibut, skinned
  2. 1/2 jars - Robert's Reserve Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip OR substitute Robert's Reserve Lemon Dill & Caper Sauce
  3. - Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:

Warm grill to medium high heat. Sprinkle salt & pepper on each side of fish and place on oiled grill. Cook for 5 min. on each side, until browned and fish can be flaked with a fork. Remove to a warm serving plate. For a sweet tropical flavor brush w/ Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce. For a zesty lemon flavor brush w/ Lemon Dill & Caper Sauce.
