Grilled Corn with Chive Butter

Ingredients:

  1. 6 ears - Sweet Corn in Husk leave husks on
  2. 1/2 cups - Ghee Butter
  3. 2 tablespoons - Chives minced
  4. 1 tablespoons - Cane Sugar or Berry sugar
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Fresh Lemon Juice
  6. 1 pinchs - Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Soak Corn with husk in ice cold water for 1 hour. In a small bowl, combine the butter,chives,sugar,lemon juice and salt and pepper. Carefully pull back husk to within in an inch of bottom; remove silk. brush with butter mixture, Re-wrap corn in husks and secure with kitchen string. Grill corn uncovered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes tuning continually.
