Grilled Corn in Husks

  1. 4 - large ears sweet corn in husks
  2. 1/4 cups - butter softened
  3. 2 tablespoons - fresh parsley minced
  4. 1/4 cups - grated Parmesan cheese


carefully peel back the husks from corn to within 1 in of bottom; remove silk. Combine the butter and parsley; spread over the corn. Rewrap corn in husks and secure with string. Soak in cold water for 20 mins; drain. Grill corn, covered, over med heat for 20-25 mins or until tender, turning often. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
