Grilled Chicken Thai Wrap

  1. 3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/3 cups - light mayonnaise
  3. 3 tablespoons - chopped fresh basil
  4. 2 tablespoons - lime juice
  5. 1 teaspoons - chili garlic paste
  6. 4 - flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
  7. 2 - avocados seeded and chopped
  8. 1 cups - chopped lettuce
  9. 1/3 cups - chopped cashews


Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side or until tender and no longer pink (170 degrees F); chop.

Combine chicken, mayonnaise, basil, lime juice and chili paste in a small bowl.

Divide chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla. Divide chopped avocado, lettuce and cashews evenly among tortillas.

Roll up and serve or chill, if desired.
