Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Fresh asparagus
  2. 2 tablespoons - Olive oil
  3. 2 tablespoons - Balsamic vinegar
  4. 2 tablespoons - Adams Reserve House All-Purpose Rub

Directions:

1. Cut and discard tough ends from asparagus. (bottom 2 or 3 inches)
2. Combine oil and vinegar in a bowl or plastic bag; toss asparagus in mixture to coat. Chill 1-2 hours.
3. Remove asparagus from oil mixture. Season asparagus with rub, then grill or broil over medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender.
