Brief Description
This is my favorite salad and it is always a hit when I take it to a gathering. You can use any combination of salad greens that you like; I use whatever I have on hand. I shouldn’t admit it, but I could drink this dressing.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Pecan pieces
- 2 tablespoons - Granulated Sugar

- 1 heads - Red Leaf Lettuce
- 1 whole - Granny Smith Apple
- 4 - Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cups - Red Onion

- 1/2 cups - Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Granulated Sugar

Directions:
Place nuts in a medium skillet with 2 tablespoons sugar. Cook over medium-high heat until nuts are coated and brown, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes; set aside.
Toss salad greens, apples and cheese.
Combine dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake vigorously (I usually just use the blender). Pour over the salad just before serving.
Sprinkle with sugared nuts.
