Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 - ripe avocado
  2. 1 cloves - garlic
  3. 1/2 cups - packed baby spinach
  4. 1/2 cups - packed cilantro
  5. 1/3 cups - Greek-style yogurt
  6. 1/4 cups - frozen edamame thawed
  7. 1 tablespoons - flaxseed
  8. 1 tablespoons - fresh lime juice

Directions:

Combine in food processor until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers and veggies.
