Green Chili Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Rotisserie Chicken or baked chicken 2-3 cups cubed
  2. 2 cans - 4.5 oz cans Green Chilis undrained
  3. 1 cans - Black Beans
  4. 1 cans - Diced Tomatos
  5. 1 cups - Water
  6. 1 cups - Chicken Broth
  7. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Cumin
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Oregano
  10. 1 - Large Onion chopped/diced
  11. 2 cloves - Garlic crushed
  12. - Shredded Cheese
  13. - Sour Cream
  14. - Avocado

Directions:

Remove meat from chicken, chop large chunks and
put all ingredients in crock pot – HIGH – 4-6 hours or LOW – 8-10 hours.

**Or you may put every thing in a pot and simmer for several hours. I had some leftover blackened chicken I cut up and threw in, in place of rotisserie.
