Green Chili Souffle

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - evaporated milk (small can)
  2. 3 - eggs
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1/2 pounds - grated cheddar cheese
  5. 9 - to 12 peeled green chilies

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until combined; pour into a buttered baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees F about 30 minutes.

(Can be doubled - increase baking time accordingly).
