Green Chile Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole - Rotisserie Chicken
  2. 1 tablespoons - Canola oil
  3. 2 whole - Red bell peppers Diced small
  4. 1 jars - Cookwell & Co Green Chile Stew
  5. 2 cans - 15-oz. ea., Corn Drained
  6. 1 cans - 11-oz. Evaporated milk
  7. 1 1/2 cups - Chicken broth

Directions:

1. Remove meat from the rotisserie chicken, chop up and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a large stock pot over medium high heat. Add in the bell peppers and cook for about 5 min. Add in the remaining ingredients and the chicken meat and simmer for 10-15 min.
