Green Chicken Wrap

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - shredded cooked chicken
  2. 1 - large avocado peeled, pitted, sliced
  3. 1/4 cups - chopped fresh spinach
  4. 1 tablespoons - chopped fresh cilantro
  5. 2 tablespoons - chopped onion
  6. 1/4 cups - low-fat mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  8. 6 - large (10 inches) whole-grain tortillas

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except tortillas. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve wrapped in the whole-grain tortillas.
