Green Beans with Walnuts and Lemon

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - water
  2. 1 pounds - fresh green beans stringed, cut into 2-inch pieces
  3. - zest of 1 lemon
  4. 3 tablespoons - butter
  5. 1 tablespoons - or more fresh lemon juice
  6. - salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1/2 cups - walnuts toasted and chopped

Directions:

Steam green beans over water for 8 minutes.

Place in bowl and toss with lemon zest, juice, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle walnuts over and serve.
