Ingredients:
- 2 packages - Frozen green beans French cut
- 1 cups - Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons - Margarine
- 2 tablespoons - Flour
- 1 teaspoons - Sugar
- 2 cups - Swiss cheese grated
- 1 tablespoons - Onion minced; dry
- 1 dashes - Salt
- 1 dashes - Pepper
Directions:
Melt margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper and sugar. Add sour cream slowly and stir until smooth. Pour over green beans. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
