Green beans with Swiss cheese

Ingredients:

  1. 2 packages - Frozen green beans French cut
  2. 1 cups - Sour cream
  3. 2 tablespoons - Margarine
  4. 2 tablespoons - Flour
  5. 1 teaspoons - Sugar
  6. 2 cups - Swiss cheese grated
  7. 1 tablespoons - Onion minced; dry
  8. 1 dashes - Salt
  9. 1 dashes - Pepper

Directions:

Melt margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper and sugar. Add sour cream slowly and stir until smooth. Pour over green beans. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
