Green Beans with Orange Zest and Cashews

  1. 1 1/4 pounds - fresh green beans
  2. 4 tablespoons - lightly salted butter melted
  3. 2 tablespoons - orange zest
  4. 6 ounces - cashew nuts


Blanch beans in large boiler of boiling water until barely tender. Drain and immediately refresh under cold running water. Drain again and pat dry.

Over low heat, melt butter in skillet. Add orange zest, cashew nuts and beans. Heat for 1 minute in butter mixture and serve warm.
