Green Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - to 1-1/2 pounds fresh green beans
  2. 2 tablespoons - oil
  3. 1 tablespoons - vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoons - yellow mustard
  5. 1 tablespoons - honey
  6. - lettuce optional, for serving

Directions:

Remove ends and strings from green beans; cut in half, if you wish.

Cook in small amount of boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or until just tender; drain.

Combine oil, vinegar, mustard and honey; add to beans and toss until lightly coated.

Chill well. Serve on lettuce if you wish.
