Green Bean and Mushroom Saute

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  2. 1 tablespoons - butter or margarine
  3. 3 cups - fresh or frozen green beans
  4. 1 pounds - mushrooms washed & sliced
  5. - salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet until butter is melted and oil is hot. Gently pour in green beans and mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 10-12 minutes (depending on whether you're using fresh or frozen green beans). Serve immediately.
