Greek-style Salmon

Ingredients:

  1. 1 filet - salmon

Directions:

Lemon juice
Fresh dill
Olive oil
Salt + pepper

Cut salon into serving size pieces. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Place in a ziplock.

Pour lemon juice, oil, and chopped fresh dill over salmon and marinade for 15-30 minutes.

Broil skin side up until crisp then flip until slightly brown on the edges. Serve with lemon wedges.
