Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - crumbled feta cheese (2 oz.)
  2. 2 tablespoons - light mayonnaise
  3. 2 tablespoons - plain fat-free yogurt
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - coarsely ground black pepper
  5. 1 cloves - garlic minced
  6. 5 - slices red onion (1/2-inch thick)
  7. - cooking spray
  8. 1 pounds - lean ground round
  9. 2/3 cups - fresh breadcrumbs
  10. 1/3 cups - chopped bottled roasted red peppers
  11. 1/4 cups - chopped fresh parsley
  12. 1 teaspoons - dried oregano
  13. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  14. 1/4 teaspoons - coarsely ground black pepper
  15. 1 packages - 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained, squeezed dry
  16. 1 - large egg lightly beaten
  17. 2 cloves - garlic crushed
  18. 5 - sourdough sandwich buns (1.5 oz. each)

Directions:

To prepare aioli, combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor; pulse for 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Cover and chill.

Prepare grill or broiler. Place onion slices on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.

Combine the beef and the next 9 ingredients (beef through crushed garlic) in a large bowl. Divide the beef mixture into 5 equal portions, shaping each portion into a 1/2-inch thick patty.

Place patties on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook for 6 minutes on each side or until burgers are done.

Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons aioli over top half of each bun. Place patties on bottom halves of buns, and top each with 1 onion slice and top half of bun.
