Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - salad oil or olive oil
  2. 1/4 cups - red wine vinegar
  3. 2 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  4. 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1 teaspoons - dijon mustard
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - dried oregano

Directions:

Mix all together and use over Greek Salad:
lettuce, red cherry or grape tomatoes, celery, kalamata olives, cucumbers, red pepper, avacado, feta cheese, capers-if desired, red onion rings-if desired
