Granola Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Oats
  2. 1/4 cups - Almonds
  3. 1/4 cups - Walnuts
  4. 1/2 cups - Khari Shing
  5. 2 tablespoons - Sunflower Seeds
  6. 1 tablespoons - Pumpkin Seeds
  7. 1/4 cups - Grated Coconut
  8. 1/4 cups - Sugar
  9. 1/4 cups - Honey
  10. 1 tablespoons - Corn Syrup
  11. 1 tablespoons - Butter

Directions:

Roast the Oats.
Roast the almonds and walnuts. Add khari shing, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and grated coconut and mix.
Mix them with oats.

Heat sugar, honey and corn syrup and butter until sugar melts.
Add the granola mixture and mix.
Add in butter paper lined baking tray and press.
In a preheated oven cook on 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
Cut and serve.
