Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - old fashioned Quaker oats
  2. 1 cups - wheat germ
  3. 1 cups - light brown sugar
  4. 1 cups - walnuts
  5. 1 packages - 14 oz. sunflower seeds
  6. 1 packages - 7 oz. coconut (or less)
  7. 1 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/2 cups - oil
  9. 1/2 cups - water
  10. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  11. - raisins optional
  12. 1 boxes - old fashioned Quaker oats
  13. 1 cups - wheat germ
  14. 1 cups - light brown sugar
  15. 1 cups - walnuts
  16. 1 packages - 14 oz. sunflower seeds
  17. 1 packages - 7 oz. coconut (or less)
  18. 1 teaspoons - salt
  19. 1/2 cups - oil
  20. 1/2 cups - water
  21. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  22. - raisins optional

Directions:

Mix together oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut and salt until well combined.

Stir in oil, water and vanilla. Add raisins, if desired.

Put in 11-by-13-inch roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F, stirring evenly every 10 to 15 minutes.
