Ingredients:
- 1 boxes - old fashioned Quaker oats
- 1 cups - wheat germ
- 1 cups - light brown sugar
- 1 cups - walnuts
- 1 packages - 14 oz. sunflower seeds
- 1 packages - 7 oz. coconut (or less)
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 cups - oil
- 1/2 cups - water
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- - raisins optional
- 1 boxes - old fashioned Quaker oats
- 1 cups - wheat germ
- 1 cups - light brown sugar
- 1 cups - walnuts
- 1 packages - 14 oz. sunflower seeds
- 1 packages - 7 oz. coconut (or less)
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 cups - oil
- 1/2 cups - water
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla
- - raisins optional
Directions:
Mix together oats, wheat germ, brown sugar, walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut and salt until well combined.
Stir in oil, water and vanilla. Add raisins, if desired.
Put in 11-by-13-inch roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees F, stirring evenly every 10 to 15 minutes.
