Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - old-fashioned oats
  2. 1/3 cups - unsweetened packaged coconut
  3. 1/3 cups - raw sunflower seeds
  4. 1/4 cups - sesame seeds
  5. 1/4 cups - slivered almonds
  6. 1 cups - water
  7. 3/4 cups - honey
  8. 3 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  9. 1/2 cups - dried blueberries
  10. 1/2 cups - dried cranberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.

Toss together oats, coconut, sunflower and sesame seeds and almonds in a large bowl.

Stir together water, honey and oil and pour over oat mixture, stirring to coat.

Transfer to an oiled large shallow (1-inch deep) baking pan and spread evenly.

Bake granola in middle of oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry to the touch and golden, about 1-1/2 hours.

Cool in pan on a rack, then stir in berries.
