Ingredients:
- 2 cups - old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cups - unsweetened packaged coconut
- 1/3 cups - raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cups - sesame seeds
- 1/4 cups - slivered almonds
- 1 cups - water
- 3/4 cups - honey
- 3 tablespoons - vegetable oil
- 1/2 cups - dried blueberries
- 1/2 cups - dried cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Toss together oats, coconut, sunflower and sesame seeds and almonds in a large bowl.
Stir together water, honey and oil and pour over oat mixture, stirring to coat.
Transfer to an oiled large shallow (1-inch deep) baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake granola in middle of oven, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry to the touch and golden, about 1-1/2 hours.
Cool in pan on a rack, then stir in berries.
