Grandma's Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - sour cream
  2. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  3. 4 ounces - chopped green chilies 1 can
  4. 1 bunches - green onions diced
  5. 1/2 cups - black olives chopped
  6. 3 - half chicken breasts cubed
  7. 1/2 cups - longhorn cheese grated
  8. 12 - small flour tortillas
  9. 1/2 cups - jack cheese grated
  10. 16 ounces - chili salsa 1 can

Directions:

Preheat oven to 35o˚
Blend: sour cream, soup, chilies, green onions, black olives
Stir in: chicken, longhorn & jack cheese
Fill in tortillas with 1/3 cup chicken mixture after warming them on a frying pan, then roll tightly and place in baking dish. Cover with cheese and chili salsa.
Bake for 30 minutes.
