Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cans - pumpkin 15oz
- 1 cups - vegetable oil (canola, avocado)
- 1 cups - water
- 3 cups - white sugar
- 3 1/3 cups - all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - ground cloves
- 1 teaspoons - nutmeg
Directions:
In medium bowl whisk together eggs, pumpkin, oil, and water in medium bowl.
In large mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, ground cloves and cinnamon.
Pour liquid ingredients into sugar flour mixture.
Beat thoroughly until smooth. You can do this by hand or with a mixer.
Grease and flour (or use baking spray) three 9x5 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Start checking at 45 with a toothpick in the center of loaf.
Don't overbake!
Take out of the oven and let sit while you tear off 3 large pieces of aluminum foil. Immediately turn out onto the foil. Pull up the long sides of the foil and fold down together to the loaf. Fold up the sides to seal. For easier slicing let cool for at least an hour before slicing.
