Grandma Nana's Pork Pies (Inside)

Ingredients:

  1. 6 pounds - Pork
  2. 3 pounds - Coarse Ground Beef
  3. 6 teaspoons - Salt
  4. - Pepper
  5. 8 whole - Onions (small)
  6. 3 cups - Bread Crumbs Fine

Directions:

Cover meat with boiling water until a little soupy.
Simmer 45 minutes
Add bread crumbs
Simmer 15 minutes

Bake at 375* until its baked (30 or 35 minutes)

Wait until its cooled and we put ours in our enclosed porch. When cooled wrap in baggies and freeze. We have them on Christmas Eve
