Grammy Halliday's Hawaiian Chicken

Cut each chicken breast in half. Put a Tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Brown each side of the chicken (about 3 minutes) on medium heat.
Drain pineapple saving the juice in a measuring cup. Add water until you reach 1 1/4 cups liquid.
In saucepan add brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and Better Than Bouillon Chicken Flavor. Bring to a boil stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
Arrange chicken in a baking dish and pour liquid mixture over chicken and cover. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. (Can be put in the fridge at this point, and finished the next day if desired)
Add pineapple and green pepper, cover and cook for another 30 minutes.

Note: Can be cooked in a slow cooker for 5 hours
