Fairley's Graham Cracker Toffee

Ingredients:

  1. 2 sticks - butter
  2. 1/2 cups - sugar
  3. - graham crackers
  4. 11 1/2 ounces - milk chocolate morsels
  5. - heavy foil for lining pan

Directions:

Melt butter in pan on stove. Add sugar and bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes.

Pour mixture over heavy foil covered cookie sheet filled with graham crackers.

Cook at 350 for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle morsels on top. Spread evenly after melted.

Refrigerate at least 25 minutes (the longer, the better) before breaking it up.

Stores best in refrigerator.
