Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - flour
  2. 1/4 cups - whole wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cups - oat bran
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - allspice
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - grated orange peel
  8. 1 - medium carrot peeled, shredded
  9. 3/4 cups - orange juice
  10. 1 - egg
  11. 2 tablespoons - canola oil
  12. 2 tablespoons - honey

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together; add remaining ingredients and combine well.

Bake in muffin tins at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
