Golden Cups

Ingredients:

  1. - 3 oz. cream cheese softened
  2. 1 sticks - butter softened
  3. 1 cups - flour
  4. 3/4 cups - dark or light brown sugar
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 1 tablespoons - melted butter
  7. 3/4 cups - chopped pecans
  8. 1 - egg

Directions:

Mix crust ingredients together until smooth, then chill dough for 20-30 minutes. Place a walnut size ball of chilled pastry into miniature muffin cups. Press evenly on bottom, hollowing out the center and building up the sides slightly.
Mix together filling ingredients. Place 1 teaspoon of filling mix in each pastry lined muffin cup. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Allow to cool in tins for 5 minutes. Carefully remove partially cooled cups from the tins.
