Golden Caramel Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:

  1. 24 - Golden OREO Original Sandwich Cookies divided
  2. 2 tablespoons - Butter or margarine melted
  3. 1 cups - KRAFT Caramel Bits
  4. 1 tablespoons - Water
  5. 2 packages - PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese softened, 8oz
  6. 1 jars - JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Crème 7oz
  7. 1 - Egg

  10. 1 cups - KRAFT Caramel Bits
  11. 1 tablespoons - Water
  12. 2 packages - PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese softened, 8oz
  13. 1 jars - JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Crème 7oz
  14. 1 - Egg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with the ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Process 14 cookies in food processor until finely ground. Mix with butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes, cool.
Microwave caramel bits and water in microwaveable bowl for one minute or unil caramel bits are melted, stirring after 30 seconds. Coarsely chop remaining cookies. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in large bowl woth electric mixer until blended. Add egg; mix well. Stir in cookies; pour over crust. Drop spoonfuls of caramel over batter; swirl with knife to marbleize.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Refridgerate 4 hours until chilled. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before serving. Store leftovers, covered, in refridgerator.
