Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  2. 1/4 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  3. - Salt To Taste
  4. 1 cups - Puffed Rice
  5. 2 tablespoons - Groundnuts
  6. 1 cups - Ganthiya
  7. 6 pieces - Green Chillies
  8. 2 pieces - Lemon Juiced
  9. 1 pinchs - Asafoetida
  10. 1 pinchs - Turmeric Powder
  11. 1/4 cups - Water
  12. - Salt To Taste
  13. 1 cups - Puffed Rice As Prepared
  14. 1/4 cups - Boondi Unsalted Mamri
  15. 1/4 cups - Sev
  16. 2 tablespoons - Fried Chana Dal
  17. 2 tablespoons - Tomato Chopped
  18. 2 tablespoons - Cucumber Chopped
  19. 2 tablespoons - Chutney As Prepared
  20. - Pomegranate Seeds As Required
  21. 2 tablespoons - Coriander
  22. - Sev
  23. - Pomegranate Seeds
  24. - Coriander
  25. - Chaat Masala
  26. - Lemon Juice
  27. - Papdi

Directions:

For Puffed Rice
Take Turmeric, Asafoetida and Salt in a Bowl.
Fry the Puffed Rice and groundnuts and keep adding them to the bowl.
Mix Properly.

For Chutney
In a mixture jar, mix all the ingredients for the chutney. In the end churn again with oil, salt and water.

For Assembling
Add Puffed Rice Mixture, Boondi, Sev, Fried Dal, Tomato, Cucumber and chutney and mix properly.
Add Pomegranate Seeds and coriander and mix properly.
Garnish and Serve.
