Make sure the oil is reallly hot when frying the puffed rice. They should come up immediately and will be really white after frying.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - Asafoetida
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 cups - Puffed Rice
- 2 tablespoons - Groundnuts
- 1 cups - Ganthiya
- 6 pieces - Green Chillies
- 2 pieces - Lemon Juiced
- 1 pinchs - Asafoetida
- 1 pinchs - Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 cups - Water
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 cups - Puffed Rice As Prepared
- 1/4 cups - Boondi Unsalted Mamri
- 1/4 cups - Sev
- 2 tablespoons - Fried Chana Dal
- 2 tablespoons - Tomato Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Cucumber Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Chutney As Prepared
- - Pomegranate Seeds As Required
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander
- - Sev
- - Pomegranate Seeds
- - Coriander
- - Chaat Masala
- - Lemon Juice
- - Papdi
Directions:
For Puffed Rice
Take Turmeric, Asafoetida and Salt in a Bowl.
Fry the Puffed Rice and groundnuts and keep adding them to the bowl.
Mix Properly.
For Chutney
In a mixture jar, mix all the ingredients for the chutney. In the end churn again with oil, salt and water.
For Assembling
Add Puffed Rice Mixture, Boondi, Sev, Fried Dal, Tomato, Cucumber and chutney and mix properly.
Add Pomegranate Seeds and coriander and mix properly.
Garnish and Serve.
