Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - brown rice or rice flour
  2. 1/2 cups - potato starch not potato flour
  3. 1/4 cups - tapioca flour
  4. 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/4 cups - oil
  7. 2 - eggs
  8. 1 1/2 cups - buttermilk or regular milk
  9. 1 teaspoons - sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and pour into waffle iron in batches.
Add a bit more milk if too thick or a bit of rice flour if too runny.
