Gluten Free Oven Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - butter or margarine
  2. 1 cups - Bisquick Gluten Free mix
  3. 1 teaspoons - seasoned salt
  4. 1 teaspoons - paprika
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  7. 2 - eggs beaten
  8. 1 whole - chicken, cut-up (about 3 lbs.)

Directions:

Heat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in 13 by 9-inch baking dish in oven.

In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, salt, paprika, garlic powder and pepper together. Place eggs in a shallow dish. Dip chicken pieces into eggs, then coat with Bisquick mixture; repeat dipping in eggs and Bisquick mixture.

Place skin side down in heated dish. Bake for 35 minutes. Turn chicken pieces; bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (165°F).
