Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - Butter
  2. 2/3 cups - Chocolate Chips
  3. 2/3 cups - Sugar
  4. 2 - Large Eggs
  5. 2/3 cups - Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
  6. 2 tablespoons - Cocoa Powder
  7. 1 tablespoons - Water
  8. 3/4 cups - Butter
  9. 2/3 cups - Chocolate Chips
  10. 2/3 cups - Sugar
  11. 2 - Large Eggs
  12. 2/3 cups - Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour
  13. 2 tablespoons - Cocoa Powder
  14. 1 tablespoons - Water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a pan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Remove from heat. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs.
Combine egg/sugar mixture with butter/chocolate mixture and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and cocoa powder.
Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add water and stir until just combined. Prepare a 8 x 8-inch baking pan, then pour batter into dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool, then top with toppings of your choice and cut.
