Ginger Snaps

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - Oleo or margarine
  2. 1 cups - Granulated sugar
  3. 1/4 cups - Molasses green or gold label
  4. 1 - Egg
  5. 2 cups - Flour
  6. 2 teaspoons - Baking soda
  7. 1 teaspoons - Ginger
  8. 1 teaspoons - Cloves
  9. 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon

Directions:

Mix margarine, sugar and molasses well. Add egg, flour, baking soda and spices.

Form into balls. If too soft, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup more flour. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
