Brief Description
Amazing crowd pleaser meatball sandwiches! I lovingly refer to these as Gilballs, Brian Gilboy's famous meatballs he frequently served us at Euchre. Some of the best meatballs served on nice Italian bread, French bread, hard rolls, or French rolls. Serve with shredded mozzarella, sweet peppers (grilled/roast bell pepper), and/or hot peppers (hot giardiniera). Love Dad

All right- feel free to make your own adjustments as you like. You'll have to figure cooking time based on how big you make your balls. Somewhere around 17-20 minutes usually works for me. This recipe serves 12+ or 3 Brads...
* 1 pound ground pork
* 1 pound Italian sausage (I usually do a little more- 20oz.)
* 1 small onion minced/pureed - however you like it
* 2/3 cup of milk
* 1/2 cup of grated parm cheese
* 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
* 1 tsp of sea salt
* 1 tsp of garlic salt
* 3 tsp of italian seasoning
* 2 tsp of oregano
1*tsp of crushed red pepper
* 1 tsp of wing sauce (not sure this adds anything...)
2*& tbsp of worchestershire sauce (DO NOT USE SOU SAUCE)
* 1 eg
Mix by hand, roll into golf ball sized or larger if you want to stuff with fresh mozz. Bake at 375 for 17-20 minutes or til no longer pink in the middle. Enjoy!
Or Broil 10 mins and slow cooker for 6-8 hours with 2 parts marinara to
1 part pesto
