Ghirardelli Brownies

Ingredients:

  1. 2 whole - Eggs
  2. 3/4 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  4. 1/2 cups - Butter or Margarine
  5. 3/4 cups - Sweet Cocoa
  6. 3/4 cups - Flour
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  9. 1/2 cups - Walnuts
  10. 1 cups - Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Using a spoon, stir eggs, sugar and vanilla; add butter.

Sift together ground cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture. Add nuts and/or chocolate chips. Spread into 8" or 9" square baking pan.

Bake 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares.
