Notes:
For chewy brownies, using 8" pan and less baking time. For cake-like brownies, use 9" pan and more baking time.

Ingredients:
- 2 whole - Eggs
 - 3/4 cups - Sugar
 - 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
 - 1/2 cups - Butter or Margarine
 - 3/4 cups - Sweet Cocoa
 - 3/4 cups - Flour
 - 1/4 teaspoons - Baking Powder
 - 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
 - 1/2 cups - Walnuts optional
 - 1 cups - Chocolate Chips
 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a spoon, stir eggs, sugar and vanilla together; beat in the butter.
Sift together ground cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture (batter will be very thick). Fold in nuts and/or chocolate chips. Grease or spray with baking spray an 8" or 9" square or round baking pan; spread batter evenly in pan.
Bake 22-25 minutes. Cut and serve.
Serving suggestions: sprinkle with powdered sugar, serve with ice cream, drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce, top with whipped cream, etc.
