Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1 boxes - Casserole Elbows
- 4 tablespoons - Wondra
- 4 tablespoons - Butter
- 1 quarts - Whole Milk
- 16 ounces - Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water as directed.
While pasta is cooking, make a white sauce by combining the Wondra, butter and milk in a medium pot. Stir mixture over medium heat until sauce thickens (about 1-2 minutes). Add Velveeta cubes (a few at a time) and stir until melted, making sure to consistently stir so the cheese does not stick to the bottom of the pot.
Drain pasta and place in casserole dish.
Pour sauce over pasta and stir to make sure the pasta is covered by the cheesy deliciousness.
Bake in oven uncovered for 30 minutes and enjoy.
