Directions:

1. Spray a 9-inch x 5-inch bread pan or 9-inch x 4-inch small Pullman loaf pan with gluten-free cooking spray. Move the top oven rack to the middle rack. Preheat your oven to 350°F
2. Add gf flour, baking powder, and instant yeast to bowl and stir to combine ingredients
3. Add olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, and warm water to flour mixture. Mix on low for 1 min
4. Add egg whites and salt to dough. Mix on medium for 1 min. (dough will look like thick cake bater)
5. Pour dough into bread pan. Spray plastic wrap with cooking spray and cover top of pan. Cover with towel and allow bread to rise in warm place for 30 min
6. Place in oven and bake on 350 for 30 min
