Ingredients:
- 1 dozen - eggs
- 1 pounds - (4 cups) Monterrey Jack cheese
- 2 cups - cottage cheese
- 1/4 cups - flour
- 1 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1 sticks - butter melted
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pour into a 13-x-9-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes until eggs are set and top is light brown.
