Ingredients:
- 8 - ripe peaches peeled, halved, stone discarded
- 2 cups - freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons - freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cups - filtered water
- 1 cups - almond milk
- 1 cups - freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cups - agave syrup
- 1 teaspoons - ground cardamom
- 1 - vanilla bean
- - peach slices for garnish when serving, if desired
Directions:
Make the peach juice by adding prepared peaches to blender; puree until smooth (about 2 cups).
To blender with peach puree, add orange juice, water, almond milk, lemon juice, syrup, and cardamom.
Split the vanilla bean and scrape seeds into the blender. Discard the bean. Blend on high until smooth.
Strain juice through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the solids. Chill juice until ready to serve (can be made up to 3 days in advance).
Serve in a Collins glass over ice, and garnish with a peach slice, if desired.
