Gâteau au chocolat et aux noix de Macadamia

Ingredients:

  1. - Dark chocolate 200 grams
  2. - Butter 200 grams
  3. - Brown sugar 165 grams
  4. 4 - Eggs slightly beate
  5. 50 grams - Macadamia nuts Coarsely mixed

Directions:

-Preheat the oven at 180°C.
-Grease a mold with butter.
-Put the chocolate, the butter, the sugar and 80 ml of water in a casserole. Melt the mixture over low heat and add the slightly beaten eggs while stirring constantly. Add then the Macadamia nuts.
-Pour the mixture in the mold. Bake the cake for +/- 80 minutes.
-Leave aside the cake for 10 minutes before turning the cake out of the mold.
-Serve the cake with red fruit and whipped cream.
