Ingredients:
- 3 pounds - small red potatoes

- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1/2 cups - water
- 8 ounces - chive and onion cream cheese

Directions:
Halve or quarter potatoes as necessary to make similar-sized pieces. Place in 4-6 qt slow cooker. Add garlic, oil, salt, and water; mix well to coat all potato pieces.
