Ingredients:

  1. 4 whole - Lrg. Portobello mushroom caps Sliced
  2. 4 whole - Bell peppers Sliced
  3. 4 whole - Zucchini Sliced
  4. 1 bunches - Asparagus Sliced into 1" pieces
  5. 2 whole - Red onions Chopped
  6. 1 1/2 cups - Canyon Foods Garlic Essence
  7. 1/2 cups - Olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. Toss all indgredients in a lrg. bowl. Place the veggies onto a large foil-lined baking dish and roast in the oven for 30-45 min.
