Fudge Brownie Pie

  1. 2 - eggs
  2. 1 cups - sugar
  3. 1/4 cups - butter melted
  4. 1/2 cups - flour
  5. 1/3 cups - Hershey's cocoa
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  8. 1/2 cups - chopped nuts optional


Beat eggs in small mixer bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter. Combine flour, cocoa and salt in another bowl. Add to butter mixture, and stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done). Cool; cut into wedges.
Serve topped with ice cream and hot fudge sauce.
