Ingredients:
- 1 cans - 8.4 oz. pineapple juice
- 12 ounces - vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 8 ounces - frozen strawberries and blueberries partially thawed
- 4 - ripe bananas
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender (berries and bananas into blender first, topped with yogurt and juice).
Cover; blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours.
