Fruity Smoothie Pops

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - 8.4 oz. pineapple juice
  2. 12 ounces - vanilla low-fat yogurt
  3. 8 ounces - frozen strawberries and blueberries partially thawed
  4. 4 - ripe bananas

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender (berries and bananas into blender first, topped with yogurt and juice).

Cover; blend until smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours.
