Fruity Porridge Cookies

  1. 2 pinchs - porridge spices
  2. 2 whole - Bananas very ripe
  3. 150 grams - porridge oats
  4. 2 tablespoons - peanut butter
  5. 10 grams - cranberries or raisins or similar


Pre heat the oven to 160C
Purée the bananas, mix in the peanut butter and then the porridge oats with porridge spices*.
Mix in the cranberries, raisins or other suitable fruit, Make small balls out of the mixture.
Place the balls on baking paper and flatten them into cookie shape.
Bake for 15 minutes until crispy brown, allow to cool.
